For NoMaD's London lauch we've brewed our take on Le Poulet, a hybrid between a Belgian brown ale and a Dubbel, using candi syrup and a Belgian abbey yeast strain

Fermented at a low temperature with extended conditioning time, Belgian yeast gives this beer a refined spice character, complimented by dried fruit aromas and a dry finish
